  • -1 tablespoon of “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard
  • -2 finely cut shallots
  • -Vinegar
  • -Single fresh cream
  • -Salt
  • -Pepper
Mustard sauce

  1. 1Brown the shallots.
  2. 2Pour on the vinegar.
  3. 3Add a tablespoon of “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard and the fresh cream.
  4. 4Cook for 5 minutes and it’s ready!
