- -1 Baguette
- -200 g Räuchertofu, in Scheiben geschnitten
- -¼ Gurke, in feine Scheiben geschnitten
- -2 EL Samurai-Sauce
- -2 EL Hoisin-Sauce (oder süße Soja/Teriyaki-Sauce)
- -Frischer Koriander
- -Frische Minze
- -150 ml Reisessig
- -150 ml kochendes Wasser
- -1 Teelöffel Salz
- -2 Teelöffel Zucker

- 1To make the pickles, place julienned carrots and radish in a clean jar. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, salt, and sugar until dissolved. Pour the liquid and the boiling water over the vegetables, close the lid, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- 2Sear the tofu slices in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side (optional).
- 3Assemble the sandwich: Spread samurai sauce on the inside of the baguette. Add tofu, pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, cilantro, and mint. Drizzle with hoisin sauce (or alternative) to finish.
