- -100 g green beans
- -80 g frozen peas
- -250 g carrots
- -250 g potatoes
- -5 tbsp mayonnaise « au citron »
- -2 tbsp lemon juice
- -Fresh chives
- -Salt & pepper
- 1Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the green beans into small pieces as well.
- 2Cook the diced carrots and potatoes for 8 minutes until tender but firm. Add the green beans in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Add the peas in the last minute. Drain and chill in ice water, then drain again.
- 3Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in some chopped chives. Add the cooled vegetables and gently coat with the dressing.
