Chicken Skewers with Samouraï sauce

  1. 1If using wooden skewers, soak them for at least 30 minutes before.
  2. 2Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  3. 3In a bowl mix the chicken with all of the seasonings and the Samouraï sauce. Make sure that all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
  4. 4Thread the seasoned chicken onto the skewers. Either place onto a wire rack on top of a baking sheet, or else place the skewers hanging over a baking sheet.
  5. 5Bake in the oven for about 15/20 minutes, until they start getting a nice golden color and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Turn the skewers half way through the cooking. You can also grill the skewers on a grill pan for about 10 minutes on each side. Or bake in an air fryer for about 12-15 minutes at 200°C.
  6. 6Brush the skewers with more sauce and top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
