- -1kg pork roast
- -1 tsp "l'originale" mustard
- -1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- -1 tbsp honey
- -2 onions
- -25 cl chicken stock
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°.
- 2Peel and chop the onions and place in a roasting tray.
- 3Mix the two mustards and the honey in a bowl and brush all over the roast.
- 4Place the roast on top of the onions and pour the chicken stock into the roasting tray.
- 5Bake in the oven for approximately 90 min.
- 6Check for doneness: the blade of the knife should penetrate easily if the roast is medium rare (Core temperature 65°-70°)
