- -250 g all-purpose flour
- -10-12 g baking powder approx. 1 tablespoon
- -3-5 g fine salt approx 1 teaspoon.
- -120 g mayonnaise
- -180 ml cold whole milk
- -30 g salted butter, melted
- -1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

- 1Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and mayonnaise until smooth and fully combined.
- 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- 5Mix gently just until a dough forms. Do not overmix — the dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
- 6Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Pat it out by hand to a thickness of about 2 cm (avoid using a rolling pin for a fluffier texture).
- 7Cut out 8–10 biscuits using a round cutter or glass.
- 8Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them and brush the tops with melted butter.
- 9Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
- 10Serve warm or let cool on a wire rack, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
