  • -100 g green beans
  • -80 g frozen peas
  • -250 g carrots
  • -250 g potatoes
  • -5 tbsp mayonnaise « au citron »
  • -2 tbsp lemon juice
  • -Fresh chives
  • -Salt & pepper
Macédoine vegetable salad

  1. 1Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the green beans into small pieces as well.
  2. 2Cook the diced carrots and potatoes for 8 minutes until tender but firm. Add the green beans in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Add the peas in the last minute. Drain and chill in ice water, then drain again.
  3. 3Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in some chopped chives. Add the cooled vegetables and gently coat with the dressing.
