Pork roast with mustard and honey

  • -1kg pork roast
  • -1 tsp "l'originale" mustard
  • -1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • -1 tbsp honey
  • -2 onions
  • -25 cl chicken stock
Pork roast with mustard and honey

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°.
  2. 2Peel and chop the onions and place in a roasting tray.
  3. 3Mix the two mustards and the honey in a bowl and brush all over the roast.
  4. 4Place the roast on top of the onions and pour the chicken stock into the roasting tray.
  5. 5Bake in the oven for approximately 90 min.
  6. 6Check for doneness: the blade of the knife should penetrate easily if the roast is medium rare (Core temperature 65°-70°)
