Smashed Potatoes with Samurai Dip

  • -1 kg small organic potatoes
  • -4 tbsp olive oil
  • -2 tsp garlic powder
  • -2 tsp dried thyme
  • -1 tsp paprika powder
  • -Flaky Salt
  • -Fresh parsley
  • -Samurai Sauce (to dip)
Smashed Potatoes with Samurai Dip

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. 2Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes until fork-tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
  3. 3Place each potato on a baking sheet and gently press down with a glass to flatten.
  4. 4In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, and paprika powder. Brush each smashed potato with the spice mixture.
  5. 5Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. 6Sprinkle with flaky salt and chopped parsley before serving. Serve with Samurai Sauce for dipping.
