- -2 burger buns
- -2 beef patties
- -1 burrata
- -2 slices of raw ham
- -Basil
- -BBQ sauce
- -Black pepper
- -Peach-salsa :
- -8 cherry tomatoes (or 1 normal tomato)
- -1 peach
- -1 small red onion
- -1/2 green chili pepper
- -1 clove of garlic
- -1 teaspoon spicy mustard („moutarde forte“)
- -1 teaspoon maple syrup
- -2 tablespoons olive oil
- -Parseley
- -A dash of lemon
- -Salt & pepper
- 1Peach-salsa : Start to prepare the peach-salsa: Dice the peach and tomatoes. Peel onion and garlic, clean chili. Chop everything finely and mix with the dices of tomatoes and peach. Wash parsley, chop it finely, mix well until combined. Mix oil, mustard, maple syrup, and lemon juice with the peach-tomatoes mixture, then adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Place in the fridge until the burger patty is ready.
- 2Prepare the burger patties : Heat up the grill (or pan), toast the burger buns and grill the patties.
- 3Stack the burger : Bun bottom, add 2 tablespoons of salsa, beef patty, BBQ sauce, half Burrata, grind some black pepper on the burrata, put 1 piece of raw ham, put 3-5 leaves of basil, bun top.
