Bacon-wrapped Jalapeños Poppers

  • -8 jalapeños
  • -50 g grated cheddar
  • -100 g cream cheese
  • -8 slices of bacon
  • -Pepper and salt
  • -Aïoli and/or Samouraï
Bacon-wrapped Jalapeños Poppers

  1. 1Wash the jalapeños, cut lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. 2Mix the cheddar with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Fill both sides of the jalapeños with the mixture using a small spoon.
  4. 4Then wrap a slice of bacon around each jalapeño.
  5. 5Place on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. 6Enjoy the jalapeños with a sauce of your choice, for example Aïoli or Samouraï
