- -8 jalapeños
- -50 g grated cheddar
- -100 g cream cheese
- -8 slices of bacon
- -Pepper and salt
- -Aïoli and/or Samouraï
- 1Wash the jalapeños, cut lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- 2Mix the cheddar with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- 3Fill both sides of the jalapeños with the mixture using a small spoon.
- 4Then wrap a slice of bacon around each jalapeño.
- 5Place on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 6Enjoy the jalapeños with a sauce of your choice, for example Aïoli or Samouraï
