- -250g uncooked Kachkéis log
- -100ml cream
- -50ml white wine
- -Salt and pepper
- -Bread
- -Original mustard
- 1Cut the Kachkéis sausage into chunks and put into a saucepan with the cream and the white wine.
- 2Heat up and melt ,while stirring, until smooth. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3Pour the Kachkéis into a serving bowl and cover the cheese surface with clingfilm, so that it doesn’t form a skin while cooling.
- 4Leave to cool completely before refrigerating.
- 5When ready to serve, spread the Kachkéis onto a slice bread and top with a generous portion of original mustard.
