Mustard sauce

This recipe for “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard sauce is to be carefully guarded and used… for all occasions!
- -1 tablespoon of “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard
- -2 finely cut shallots
- -Vinegar
- -Single fresh cream
- -Salt
- -Pepper
- 1Brown the shallots.
- 2Pour on the vinegar.
- 3Add a tablespoon of “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard and the fresh cream.
- 4Cook for 5 minutes and it’s ready!
