- -½ baguette
- -3 white asparagus
- -Parmesan, grated
- -4 tablespoons mayo “aux oeufs”
- -2 tablespoons green pesto (homemade or store-bought)
- -Salt and pepper

- 1Peel the asparagus and boil them in salted water, but not until tender, as they will be briefly roasted on the grill.
- 2Mix the mayo with the pesto.
- 3Preheat the grill to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 4Cut the baguette into slices, drizzle with olive oil, and grill on both sides until crispy.
- 5Grill the steak to the desired temperature.
- 6When the steak is almost done, briefly grill the asparagus.
- 7Slice the steak and cut each asparagus in 3.
- 8Place 1-2 pieces of steak on the toasted baguette, place 1 piece of asparagus on the steak, and garnish with the pesto mayo. Sprinkle with a few Parmesan flakes.
