- -4 burger buns
- -A small Hokkaido pumpkin
- -Lamb's lettuce
- -4 slices of raclette cheese
- -Aïoli
- -8-10 walnuts
- -Olive oil
- -1-2 tsp curry powder
- -Potato cauliflower patties :
- -300g potatoes
- -300g cauliflower
- -3-4 tbsp flour (alternatively breadcrumbs)
- -2 teaspoons mustard
- -1 egg
- -Spring onions
- -Parsley
- -Pepper and salt
- 1Peel the potatoes, clean the cauliflower and cook until cooked through.
- 2Smash the potatoes and cauliflower, add mustard, egg, flour, spring onion and parsley. The mixture should be stiff, if necessary, add a little more flour or breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form 4 patties and refrigerate.
- 3In the meantime, clean the pumpkin and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with oil and season with curry powder and pepper. Clean the lamb's lettuce. Open the nuts and chop them finely if necessary.
- 4Toast the burger buns in the pan with butter. Fry the patties in a pan with oil or bake them together with the pumpkin in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the pumpkin slices, add the raclette cheese on the pumpkin and bake for further 5 minutes.
- 5Staking the burgers : bun bottom, 2 tbsp aioli, some lamb's lettuce, some nuts, patty, Aïoli again, pumpkin-cheese, bun top
