Mushroom pasta

A quick autumn recipe with “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard for all lovers of pasta and mushrooms.

  • -5 mushrooms (preferably fresh!)
  • -1 tablespoon of “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard
  • -2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • -Pasta (any type)
  • -Salt
  • -Pepper
  • -Curry
Mushroom pasta

  1. 1Brown the mushrooms in a frying pan.
  2. 2Cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted water.
  3. 3Add the “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard to the mushrooms.
  4. 4Add the cream and the curry.
  5. 5Add salt and pepper and strain the pasta.
  6. 6Pour the sauce onto the hot pasta and enjoy!
