Mushroom pasta

A quick autumn recipe with “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard for all lovers of pasta and mushrooms.
- -5 mushrooms (preferably fresh!)
- -1 tablespoon of “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard
- -2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
- -Pasta (any type)
- -Salt
- -Pepper
- -Curry
- 1Brown the mushrooms in a frying pan.
- 2Cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted water.
- 3Add the “à l’ancienne” Luxembourg mustard to the mushrooms.
- 4Add the cream and the curry.
- 5Add salt and pepper and strain the pasta.
- 6Pour the sauce onto the hot pasta and enjoy!
