- -1,5 kg potatoes
- -1 tsp baking powder
- -2 tbsp Aioli Sauce
- -2 tbsp Cocktail Sauce
- -Fresh parseley
- -Marinade :
- -3 tbsp sunflower oil
- -1 tsp paprika powder
- -1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- -1 tsp garlic powder
- -½ tsp cumin
- -½ tsp chili flakes or powder
- -½ tsp salt
- 1Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- 2Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook the potatoes cubes in water with 1 tsp of baking powder for ca. 5 minutes.
- 3Meanwhile, mix the sunflower oil with paprika powder, smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and chili flakes/powder. Drain the potatoes and add to the marinade, and mix until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- 4Transfer the potatoes onto a baking tray with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes. Give them a good stir every 10 minutes.
- 5Top the Patatas Bravas with Aioli and Cocktail Sauce, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
