Salmon Burgers

  • -2 burger buns
  • -2 salmon fillets (150-200g each)
  • -Lamb's lettuce
  • -4 tbsp cream cheese
  • -Dried cranberries
  • -Dill
  • -1/3 lemon
  • -2 tsp mustard « l’originale »
  • -1 tsp mustard “à l’ancienne”
  • -2-3 tsp liquid honey
  • -Salt and pepper
Salmon Burgers

  1. 1Drizzle the salmon fillets with lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Cook either on the grill (ideally on a wooden plank) or in the oven. 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (depending on the thickness of the fillets)
  2. 2In the meantime, prepare the honey-mustard sauce: Mix honey, mustards, 3-4 dashes of lemon juice, and dill. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Next, prepare the cream cheese with the cranberries, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4To finish, toast the burger buns in butter in a pan.
  5. 5Stacking the burger: Bottom Bun, 2 tbsp Quark, Lamb's Lettuce, salmon (Important: pull the salmon slightly with two forks), spread Honey-Mustard Sauce, top Bun
